Lot Traits: Good Schools, Bracing Breezes, Geothermal

I thought to myself "well, what if I make it all about the yard..."

First Floor:
- Open concept living/dining/kitchen great room
- "Fish Wall" entryway
- Master Suite with Full Bath
- Den (knitting/craft room with a computer)
- Guest Bath

Second Floor
- Two Kids Bedrooms
- Full Bath
- Laundry Nook

There are more than 20 included interactions/activities in the adventure themed backyard centered around an artifical pond swimming pool

NOTE: If you want to keep the glowing effect of the treasure box as decoration, simply never tell your sim to open it. As far as I know they won't do it autonomously, but they can only open the box once.

EDIT: Re-uploaded on Apr 18 2021 with improved pathing in the living room. I also fixed a "floating" object. No items were added or removed.
