Hello Simmers! Today I bring you another home business. This is one I designed for a witch or warlock to sell reagents. (I highly reccomend Neder's buyable reagents)
Downstairs is the shop, the kitchen/dining room, and some living space. There is also a greenhouse for growing herbs (or..tomatoes.)
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms and some additional space which will fit a cauldron and spellbook. of course, the 2nd bedroom could be converted to a magic room or study.
As always, this lot contains NO CC. Please leave me a comment if you enjoy/have lot requests!
