You are driving slowly, looking carefully at each country house by the road because you've been told there is a little shop here where you may buy the juiciest ecological fruit.
Ah, there it is! You almost missed it - from outside it looks like a normal house, but fortunately you saw the shop sign. That must be the one.



This kind of home businesses are quite common in the rural areas where I come from.
People who have an excess of produce or who want to start a little business simply make some changes in their usually large houses (as families are now smaller than they used to be in the old times when they were built) to open a little shop.
And, yeah, it's not always easy to find them because they look like regular homes!

The house

This house has 4 bedrooms: The main one (with a double bed) is large and has a private bathroom, the other three were decorated thinking about children (a boyish blue one, a pinkish girly one with two bed and a yellowish nursery) share an identical bathroom. All them are located in the second floor.
Below are the common areas which include the kitchen, dining room, sitting room and also the business areas.
Those business areas are mainly two: a little shop ready to open as soon as you have some produce (or baked some homemade strawberry pies) to sell, with half a bathroom for public use, and the employees area where they can relax and drink a cup of coffee, go outside directly to the greenhouse or pack some fruits (see recommended CC below).
Also encourage the little kids to sell their own lemonade at the shop door! :D

The farm

Half hidden behind the house there is a greenhouse (with three separated 4x4 patches which your Sims may use for different types of plants if they wish to do so) which they may use in any season and 9 orchad trees (3 of each kind) where they may also gather seasonal fruit.

Recommended custom content

This lot does not include nor require any CC at all but I would like to recommend using one or two Produce Packing Stations from Paladin's Place.
For that purpose there is an empty space in the employees area - but if you prefer not to use it you may simply buy them a couch to nap.
