Hi, simmers!! This time I bring a house made in a lot of 40x40 with lowered ground and surrounded by a wall built by myself on the uneven ground with a foundation base. Has an entrance slope to the garage (with two parking spaces and a bike rack) and some entrance stairs.

The house has 3 habitable floors with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms:

First floor: hall, living room, kitchen, laundry room, a bedroom, a bathroom and a garage
Second floor: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one with a dressing room and a large terrace.
Third floor: an empty attic

Outside it has a swimming pool, a hot tub, a tree house, many plants and trees and other objects

The images are in Riverview in front of the fish farm but this house was built in Moonlight Falls in front of the equestrian center giving it great views from the back. It's also a very good house to use in Monte Vista because the aesthetics fits perfectly

*The specified custom content used in this house are mostly objects that can be found in the Sims 3 Store but they are not required for the game to work, the game removes the missing ones. The Contemporary Curtains by Dave is part of the Lucky Palms world
