Risotto is a dish originating from northern Italy. It’s a rice dish cooked in a broth until it reaches a creamy consistency. The broth, in this case, is made of vegetables with truffle oil to add some extra refined flavour. Other ingredients can include butter, onion, white wine, and parmesan cheese. Saffron is often used to create the colour.

Notes:
- It has all three meal sizes (8 servings, 4 servings and single serving)
- Vegetarian-safe, Not Lactose Free!
- Optional EA any herb, any mushroom, SCCO any rice, any cheese, any milk ingredient (food can still be cooked without)
- Appears on Restaurant Menu under Appetisers
