This is a vegetarian take on a classic pasta dish originating from Rome. The ingredients are simple, eggs, pecorino romano, guanciale (or pancetta if you can't find it) and black pepper. In this twist, to make it vegetarian we use mushrooms with a smoked flavour. Contrary to popular belief, no cream is used to make carbonara, the creaminess is instead created by setting aside some of the starchy pasta water and adding that to the mix.

- It has all three meal sizes (8 servings, 4 servings and single serving)
