I originally made this lot for my new neighborhood that I'm building, but I seen the #cottagecore challenge and decided, why the heck not? This is the NO CC version, I'm working on uploading a non furnished version of this WITH CC.

This house is meant for a big family or a couple of sims looking to grow their family (and have a passion for gardening and cooking). The study area downstairs can be turned into another bedroom if you please, but I did leave lots of space to make additions in the future (as I plan on doing as I play with a family on this lot).

This lot is meant to be placed around a farming area, but you can place it where ever you like.

I recommend downloading this lot with the Sims 2 Clean Installer by Mootilda.
