Just a CC free, sort-of modern mansion with 3 bedrooms, a spare room which I've made into a bar room for the adult simmies and 5 bathrooms. It has an indoor pool and an outdoor pool with a hot tub area. A greenhouse and even a swing set.

(I might have Dina Caliente will make Mortimer sell the old mansion and buy this place in my Pleasantview save.)

I recommend installing this lot (and any other lots) with Clean Installer by Mootilda.
