A Tiny-Home for an aspiring eco-friendly sim. You can find wellness, peace and tranquility at your very home. Or if you're feeling a bit artistic, the natural light while you're surrounded by nature will surely inspire any sim.

This is a tiny-home meant for a single sim and one pet if you want to adopt one.

The lot over-all costs around 55,102 simoleans. And is meant to be placed on one of the smaller plot areas in newcrest maps.
But any 20x15 plot will do.

This is my first tiny-home build and house build ever. So i wanted to create a home for a Eco-friendly single sim that wanted to join a career in either gardening or focuses on eco-lifestyle.

First Floor:

-There is one bathroom, one kitchen and the living space and the bedroom is considered as one aswell to save some space.

2nd Floor:

-A meditation/Yoga and painting open-space. And also a small study or work area. The 2nd floor can be accessed by using the ladder.

All seems to be functional when i tested everything in game-mode. Even with the small bathroom space.
