Have your sim 20.000+ simoleons and is your sim also looking to upgrade the home? Then Newcrest House might be the thing. Modern lines all through, open plan interior and modestly priced . Has 1 bedroom and 1 very spacious bathroom with all modern amenities.
The house is situated on a small plot of land 20x15, so garden is small and best suited for a sim who is not a passionate gardener. However there is a tiny patch to grow a few veggies.
Kitchen, hallway , livingroom and office space is all open plan.
If your sim is just starting out, the house can be bought unfurnished for less than 20.000.

No CC - but I did use many GP's, SP's, Kits and what not...
