Is your sim ready for bulldozers and hand tools? Then they need this mod. It adds a construction rabbithole career to the game. It has ten levels and upon completion of the career track, your sim will earn a unique reward trait. The trait will increase work performance so you can continue to get quick raises, or carry the boost over to a new career. It also grants unique social interactions and lowers social need decay. As with my other careers, I varied the skills necessary for promotion to make it a little more realistic and challenging. I hope you enjoy. Happy simming!

If the sight of a bulldozer fills you with excitement, and the feel of a hammer or wrench in your hand feels right, then you might be cut out for a career in construction. It's hard work but there's definitely room for advancement if you tough it out! (10 levels)
Level 1: Day Laborer
Description:
Unskilled but willing to break your back with manual labor? You're hired! The hours are long, but the pay is reasonable. Work on your mechanical ability and keep fit if you want to move up the ranks.
Information: Days: Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri — Hours: 8:00 - 18:00 (10 hours) — Salary: ﹩20
Level 2: Blaster/Driller Apprenticeship
Description:
Drilling? BLASTING? Now you're talking! It's just an apprenticeship, so the pay isn't great, but there's advancement potential, and you get a chance to blow stuff up. Just make sure to work on your logic skill so you don't accidentally blow YOURSELF up.
Information: Days: Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri — Hours: 8:00 - 17:00 (9 hours) — Salary: ﹩23
Level 3: Senior Blaster/Driller
Description:
It's the same work as before but with the added responsibility of training the apprentices. Building your people skills and expanding your mechanical know-how will lead to bigger and better things.

Level 4: Journeyperson

You are skilled in your craft, and you're starting to see more respect and payment to match. Continuing to hone your skills is important, but so is taking care of yourself. You can't advance if you aren't in peak condition, after all.
Information: Days: Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri — Hours: 8:00 - 17:00 (9 hours) — Salary: ﹩40
Level 5: Senior Journeyperson

Level 6: Crew Leader
