This old factory has been repurposed into a photography studio where sims can come to get their headshots updated! It also functions as a clothing store for sims looking to update their wardrobe. Built using Ultimate Collection, No CC.

This is a beach lot and must be placed as such in order to be used. This lot is an unlevelled lot as beach lots tend to have a slope down. This may affect lot placement.
