Divine Valley - Neighbourhood Template

Divine Valley is a neighbourhood template made by me in SimCity 4. It features 4 distinct areas: coastal city centre with the most streets located there, inland neighborhood by the hills, another inland neighbourhood on the other side of the mountains from most available lot sites and a small one-street large neighbourhood overlooking entire neighbourhood. Use of Camera Mods is recommended to access all streets in the Neigbourhood although it's not necessary. Hope you enjoy using it <3<3<3.
