Blackwell Valley Terrain

I decided since the holidays were over it was time to get creative again, so I whipped up a new terrain that will be the future home of all my creations. This terrain will soon have linking terrains for both NL and Uni regions.

This terrain is land only...There are no trees since some dont like them and I LOVE them! I did however include a snapshot with some decoration and lots added so you can see there is plenty of lot space and still room for expansion. I use the camera hack btw.

There is a small (or large if your creative) area for community lots(I managed a bit over 30), residental streets for the common folk (got 44 here) and a seperate spot for those who just have to live the high life (12 seemed enough). I also ran a seperate road off for farming/hermits (a farmers market is being built for my hermit here). There is also a small pond for those who cant live without a duck or swan nearby. Maybe we can fish one day...who knows...
