A meteor crashed here a long time ago, leaving a small crater in its wake. The crater changed over time and a small lake formed.
Over the years, the small lake and its surroundings have changed.

What else came with the meteor? Find out?!

The property is defined as a "small park".
This is not a flat property. However, it can be placed on any 40x40 lot in any world.
I built it in Sunset Valley - Am Eichenhain 350.

I placed the nanomachine spawners from the buydebug. Now there is no need to travel to Oasis Landing.
