Cheats: TestingCheatsEnabled true - MoveObjects on - BuyDeBug - ConstrainFloorElevation false

There are spawners on this lot. When they place or replace the lot, they tend to duplicate.
To check: Activate "testingcheatsenabled true" and then "buydebug" and delete all redundant spawners.
