Now you can... with this oasis you can live anywhere. It offers everything Sim needs to live, water, electricity, food, a nice house. The house is well furnished, in the basement there is a bedroom, living room and bathroom. In the outbuilding you will find everything for research and technology, crafts, etc. In the greenhouses you can plant anything you want.
