This is my first upload, I hope you enjoy it if you decide to download Sunset Villa is ideal for a sim family sitting on top of Sunset Valley. It was heavily based on Villa Auditore from AC2. Two master bedrooms come with their own private balconies, as does the office. The library is two tier, with an overhang. There's tons of room for your own cc. Minimally decorated so you can put your own stamp on it. Personally, I have enjoyed decorating the villa with so much cc and mods collected over my many years of simming by so many talented creators. I hope you enjoy it too.
