Here is a set of 3 houses in the Cape Dutch style. This type of architecture is common to the Cape wine lands in the Western Cape of South Africa. I'm working on a neighbourhood called Lyttleton Manor which I'll upload sometime in the future.

All 3 houses are unfurnished except for the kitchen. You'll find cupboards and fixtures like lights and a sink. All are ideal for a town with farmland and lots of trees. I have used no pines here (they are invasive plants where I live). Landscaping is minimal, so you can play around as you please. They were all built on an empty neighbourhood as per the tutorial by PleasantSims.

- 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms
- 1 bedroom granny flat with a small bath and kitchen
- Garage

29 Wildebeest Road
- 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms

- Office/Guest bedroom
