No Auto Bad Mood Dialogs

With this mod, bad mood dialogs ("I'm NOT in the mood to do that right now!" and "Can't you see that I'm in a bad mood?") do not appear when a Sim tries to perform an autonomous interaction. It's probably redundant in a vanilla game but with autonomy extending mods (e.g. autonomous skilling) such dialogs may occasionally pop up and hence cause player's confusion.
