Hi! I did a 22.000 Simoleons starter house for 2 sims. It has a very modern shape and black and mustard yellow color scheme. It contains one bedroom, a lofted bedroom, study nook and a spacious living area. It's a perfect start for families who don't have enough money to buy my other houses
