After being away from the Sims for so long, I'm back to offer you a small starter for your Simmies!

It is a 3 story modern starter home with a garage. The house is mainly open plan and it can be used in a numerous number of ways. It is furnished with the basic to get your sim started, with even a little bit of money left over to purchase something else to your tastes.

It comes with no custom content and only requires the Nightlife expansion pack.
