This is my second upload in MTS after playing TS2 for 16 years. I decided to reproduce Villa Chillingworth in Nüremberg, Germany, built from 1907 to 1909 and still standing today. I got inspired by the original floorplans (see gallery) for the room distribution and I also tried to be faithful to the few exterior pictures available online.

Elegant German/Central European style large three-floor villa facing main and side streets, ideal for intersection corners (the side terrace is relatively open to the street, but this can be modulated). Solemn and charming at the same time, transmitting solidity outside and brightness inside. Finishes in luxurious materials reflecting tradition and style.

The main floor and upper floor are distributed in different rooms, with three built in fireplaces.

Main floor: Main entrance, hall, gentlemen's room, music room, tea room, reception room, dining room, kitchen, toilet, main and auxiliary staircases,

Upper floor: hall, main bedroom, breakfast room, ladies' room, 2 connected children's rooms, storage room, bathroom, dressing room, main and auxiliary staircases.

This distribution may seem odd because of rooms like "Gentlemen's" or "Ladies' room", the "Breakfast room", separate toilets, non-idependent children's rooms, etc. I have tried to respect the original floorplan to the maximum and it reflects upper class customs and lifestyle from late-19th and early 20th century. As the house is not furnished you can actually use every room as you want and adapt the house to the family you decide to bless it with.

The third floor is a mansard roof one with ample sliding dormers which has not been distributed, let your imagination fly. The top sliding dormers are purely decorative, but an inspired player may be able to build an extra attic if they wish.

Exterior terrace floor paved in brown stone, main floor in elegant cement tiles, upper floors in noble wood.
