This is my first try at creating my own house by scratch. This is probably silly.. but my hubby bought me a book of home plans so I could make my own house. Talk about Sim obsession. :screwy: Anyway, the house is 2 floors, and I can't recall exactly how much.. but somewhere around 77,000. It's on a 5x5 lot as I built it for my Legacy Sims, and it does have some furniture, but everything is Maxis made. Details:
Bedrooms - 3
Full Bathrooms - 2
Half Bathrooms - 1
Front Porch
Sliding Back Door
Fire Place
Pantry (For looks only)
Walk-in Closet (For looks only)
