Want to give your Sims some more stuff to do? Let them watch something new on a computer or the big screen. With each movie, there is also a poster, which you can find in Build-Buy mode. For a better experience, click on the Sim watching the movie and press Shift+Tab to enter first-person mode. This will allow you to watch the movies through your sim's eyes.

This mod now requires TanksMods Mod Central
Once you download the "It's Movie Time" mod, don't forget to download any of the movies as well (found in download section)
Installation
Download the "It's Movie Time" zip file and any of the movies s in the download area and extract their content into your Sims 4 mods directory (typically C:\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Mods).

Updating
Download the files in the download area and extract their content into your Sims 4 mods directory (typically C:\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Mods). When asked to override existing files, press Yes.

AS A RULE OF THUMB, ALWAYS MAKE SURE TO DELETE LOCALTHUMBCACHE.PACKAGE AND AVATARCACHE.PACKAGE FROM YOUR SIMS 4 MOD DIRECTORY, WHEN UPDATING MODS, SO THE GAME UPDATES ITS RESOURCES.

CHANGES/FIXES
*** Fixed issue where ItsMovieTime interactions were not appearing on CC TVs.
*** Implemented feature to prevent the .package file from loading if the associated script or TanksMods mod is missing or improperly installed script file. This way the game wont suffer if something has not been installed properly.
