Have you ever wanted to have a Scotland version of the Sims 2? Well... I can't bring Scotland into the game sorry.

BUT, you can now find my new creation which is purely Scottish inspired.

This wonderful single storey house costs 52 157 ยง and the lot is 3x5.

There is a front garden with a bench, trees and bushes along the way to the house.


You enter via a vestibule that leads onto a hall which deserves the whole house. There is a lounge with windows that lead onto the front garden.

There is also a large kitchen with a double stove and oven, a trash compactor and a dishwasher. A door in the kitchen leads onto a big conservatory with double doors to the garden.

Next is a dining room with windows that leads onto the back garden.

There is three bedroom. A small and a large with windows that lead onto the street and a medium one facing the back garden. Each bedroom has built-in wardrobe.

The bathroom has a toilet, a sink a bath and a shower. There is also a small room for storage.

Each room has a fire alarm and the main entry door and the door to the kitchen have a burglar alarm.

The large, private rear garden, which is bound by fencing, features trees and a terrace.
