Always wanted to have a suburban London house for your Sims to live?

Don't wait another minute, here's a new house from my Southwark Road series.

This red brick and yellow stucco house costs 65 853 ยง and the lot is 2x4.

There is a front garden with a parking space, trees and bushes. Then you enter via a hall that leads to two lounges and the kitchen diner. One of the lounge has a brown chimney. The kitchen has a stove/oven, an island with a sink and even a fridge! There is also a snug next to the kitchen. A door in the kitchen leads onto the garden. Next to the kitchen is a utilty room and a bathroom with a toilet and a shower.

Upstairs, there are four bedrooms, the master with an ensuite, and three other double bedrooms. There is also a bathroom on this floor with a bath, a shower and a toilet.

The third floor is a bedroom with a playroom next to it that you can convert into a sixth bedroom.

I've created a blue wall painting that is included in this lot and that you can see in the photos.

The lounges, the kitchen, the snug and each bedroom have a fire alarm.

At the back there is a large enclosed garden with a terrace and trees.
