Hello there! So..I did a new mediterranean style house - this time in The Sims 4. It's quite traditional with terracota tiles and light brick. The exterior is overgrown with exotic plants. There are beautiful pergolas with bougainvillea flowers, a small cowshed, a place for a horse and chickens, an elegant greenhouse and a pool. The interior is very cozy and fancy. It's mostly dark brown, mustard yellow and teal color scheme. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms but you can add an extra one instead of hobby related rooms. Your sims have a big amount of gameplay items. House costs 289471 simoleons (88333 unfurnished). Hope you'll like it. I'm gonna create more Sims 4 & 2 houses. Have a nice day! <3
