One of my favorite lots to play on in Sims 1 was the empty 10 Sim Lane, so when I didn't find it here I got to work and made my own version.

It's not a 1 to 1 recreation since Sims 1 and 3 share almost nothing but I did my best with what I had, I hope everything is base game, I tried to make sure of it.

I also added some stuff, Sims 1 lots suffered a lot from "emptyness", just basic stuff that would make sense on a lot.

The lake at the back turned out pretty meh, I never use terrain tools for a reson, I think you can at least fish on it, so yay ?

Anyway, I hope I did a good enough job, enoy.
