This is a lovely house based on houses in the 60s. I used several references which I have attached.
I realy like this style of house, so it was a lot of fun to build.
If you're missing any of the packs, you could probably replace things with CC or other objects. However, just so you know, this build makes heavy use of the shelves from World Adventers.
It costs 63,438 simoleons, and is for a 20x30 lot.
