It has been a pet peeve of mine for a while now that Sulani Mana has a massive cooldown for the 'Gift of Sulani' and 'Summon Volcanic Bomb' interactions, and it was even more of a shock to find out that no one has thought of making a mod to rectify this, so I did.

This mod removes the cooldown for all of the interactions related to the trait.
