My rich sims needed a place to socialize, so I created a yacht club. This is a CC-free restaurant with a bar and pool. While it would look nice by the water, this is not a beach lot. I highly recommend TwoJeff's Visitor Controller if you want to keep the -ahem- hoi polloi out. I used KristaIL's skyboxes for pictures.
