Hi All! Here is part 3 of my Luana Bay Vacation subhood! (You can find part 1 here!) and part 2 here. Since I upload my neighborhoods by lot, you can add these to existing tropical 'hoods or build Luana Bay along with me. I am using the Desiderata Valley terrain for this hood.

Luana Bay is a sunny, lush paradise with friendly locals and much to see. Sims come from all over the world to explore the ancient ruins, bask in the sun, and, of course, swim in the ocean.

As always, this hood contains NO CC. This set, the second part of the hood, includes 7 Lots:
An affordable 3 bedroom vacation home
A midprice hotel
A sports park on the beach
Nightclub and Restaurant
2 Bedroom fancy vacation home
A fishing pond
