Please Note:
Legendary Curtain (Left and Right)
The curtains do not display properly when placed on a diagonal wall, reverting to the cloned item but the colors of the new curtain.

The Artframe TV
When the TV is initially placed on the wall, displays as a grey (screen-off) color i.e. like a regular TV.
For the artwork option, please use the design tool to select a frame and/or art picture.
Your Sim can turn on the TV with the remote, regardless if in TV or the artwork option. When the TV is turned off, the screen displays as a grey (screen-off) color and you have to use the design tool to change back to the art work option, if desired.

My SimPE settings include having CEP enabled.

All other 18 objects have been cloned from Sims 2 base game items.
The Modern Luxe Kit zip.file contains all 22 items plus the collection file (separate folders for each item). I have also attached separate zip.files for each item.
