Please note
The Bookshelf of the East by South Sea Imports has been centered and when placing requires 3 floor/wall spaces.
The Fountain of the Sphinx does not have any spouting water (the Sphinx sits on tranquil water in Sims 3). I also discovered that SimPE does not permit the (actual) price of $35,000, so I had to amend it to $15,000 - what a bargain!
My SimPE settings include having CEP enabled.
