This Apartment Building has 4 floors , 3 Single sized Aparmtents and one Family sized Apartment per floor. All Apartments contain at least 1Ba 1BR , you can either use the Late Night Apartment method by placing the "hidden room" and "public room" markers or by using the "University apartment" way including a "public room" marker .The rent cost in both ways will be around 2.000 Simoleons.There is also a store place to put anything u like ( I personally used it as a Laundry store and it was fun and realistic as all sims come and go to do their laundry and chat with others).

P.S: I didn't put any "Lot marker" so you can change the room sizes, doors ,windows or the whole apartment layout to your liking .
