This is a large home with plantation style building but changed up a lot to suit my ideas at the time. I threw this together in about 10 hours. I set out to build a large, very nice home using no custom content and I'm very happy with the results.

You get 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor, 5 on the 3rd. 1 bathroom on each floor plus the master bathroom on the 3rd floor.

All the bedrooms are unfurnished (expect the master on the 3rd floor) and plain so whoever moves in can furnish/paint/floor it themselves.

Outside:
Shed, fire pit, garden, pond, play area, clothesline, wrap around porch with plenty of seating and a grill in the rear.

1st Floor:
Entryway, bathroom, living room, library/study, large open kitchen/dining room/bar, 3 car attached garage, pantry and laundry/utility room.

2nd Floor:
Entryway, game room with sole access from the bar, 3 bedrooms, bathroom, weight room.

3rd Floor:
Entryway, bathroom, 5 bedrooms including master bedroom and master bathroom.

$158,032 unfurnished but its meant to be bought furnished.
$417,042 furnished.
