Amovitam's Storefront Set converted from the Sims 3 University, Windows and Door in AL Wood, MALM and Bohemian Colours. All the windows and the door come in Straight and Diagonal.

The MESHES are included but head on over HERE, for more recolours and to check out the rest of the set, a cafe sign and menu board.

These are base game compatible, no EP's or SP's required!
