This is my first upload and I hope that I checked and filled everything right. This build is a community lot with 4 different shops, a small market, souvenir shop, clothing store and games/electronic store! I got inspired by one of my city's streets.

The shops are on the ground floor, there's no first floor, it's only for the looks. It's easy to turn it into 2 small apartments if you want to have a townhouse with shops and use this apartments and shopping on the same lot mod.. There's also a second file with just the shell (no furniture) if you want to rebuild it from scratch.

Most cc is just walls so it won't be neccesary but be aware that it will not look the same.
