Okay, this's my VK Garden apartment lot version! 😊

This apartment, also surrounded by a pond, featuring four floors and accommodating four homes, differs from its residential lot version by aiming to maximize its full functionality within each compact, single-storey layout. It is perfect for users who prefer a cozy, moderate space and feel secure in such an environment.

All rooms are unfurnished, you can decorate the room on the floor where you live, or decorate all the rooms on different floors in various styles for other neighbors, depending on you.
