Every unit features state-of-the-art dishwasher, refrigerator, spacious bedroom(s) and bathroom, and large patio/balcony with beautiful views, all of which are all inclusive. The community center of Blackhawk features a very large gym with ammenities that include a dry sauna and two large big screen televisions. The gym facility even features a large multipurpose hardwood court. The main office building houses the community club house with fireplace and plasma television. This facility is available for rent to all tenants for a small deposit. For those who like to stroll, the Blackhawk property even features a walking trail.
