EA's NPC Penguin as a Buyable Plush Toy

Your sims' kids love the NPC penguin that came with The Sims 2 Seasons EP, but wished he stayed a tiny... bit longer? Well, then I might have something for you!



I've randomly found the mesh and texture files of the NPC penguin in the game files while I was searching for other stuff and then thought... well, why not animate it and convert it into a cute little plush toy? This started as a side-project, but then I kinda liked how these little penguins turned out so I wanted to share them, lol!

In Buy Mode, they can be found under Sort by Function/Miscellaneous/Children or alternatively under Sort by Room/Kids/Miscellaneous with the catalogue name Petey the Penguin and cost §49 each. And no, don't worry, downloading these won't mess up your game files, lol! Actually, you don't even need The Sims 2 Seasons EP for these penguins toys to work. They're fully base game compatible!

I also made 3 optional bonus recolors (baby penguin, albino penguin and african penguin) along with EA's default penguin texture. Have a look at the attached screenshots to see which recolor is which. I've also included a few pictures of the real life penguins that inspired me to create these recolors in the first place, lol.

Installation:
- Just unzip and put into your Documents/EA Games/The Sims 2 (Ultimate Collection)/Downloads folder as usual.
