Something I wanted to do for a while, but previously, I doubted if it was really useful, or kind of pointless. Well, I did it at last. Basically, I saw a lot of kitchens (including mine) where there's space left under some countertops for things like trash cans, bags of potatoes, etc. So I edited every counter in the game to leave only the top. I also implanted the footprint of a rug, so they are walk-through, giving our sims the ability to use items underneath, while still having the possibility to put something on top. They are also way cheaper than full counters.

Putting something underneath may cause sims to treat the top as unreachable, so either put a step-over object there, (or wall decoration), or leave the underside empty to make the top usable. Vice versa, putting something big on top may cause the underneath to be unusable, so if you put something like a trashcan under, then you should leave the top empty or occupied only by small walk-over objects. Or just treat the whole thing as a decoration and put whatever you like both under and on top, but it will likely be unusable.

Besides the packs listed in the "Packs Needed" section, the Country Kitchen kit was also used.

In the "segregated" zip file, you will find the mods segregated into individual folders, sorted by packs, so just delete the folders named after the packs that you don't own. Then take the files OUT OF the remaining folders, and put them into the mods folder just like that. Don't put the whole folders into the mods folder.
