ABOUT
  • This is experimental! Please play with this in mind. Backup saves no matter what!
  • Each world package deletes the world it states. Completely removes any data associated with it. Any sims living in it, sims currently in it, etc. ONLY thing it doesn't remove is custom residential rental data. That one is Maxis' problem but given our knowledge, it's best to not mess with worlds with custom rentals.
  • Might reduce load. For me saving/loading has become far quicker. Not magical, but better. At least loading into the world menu, lol.

KNOWN ISSUES
Festivals/career lots from deleted worlds will not let you travel (doesn't affect GTW careers as those 3 careers have their own "worlds" technically, which Maxis didn't do for Reaper, Actor, and High School occupations.

To not get annoying festival notifications for deleted worlds, please get Kuttoe's Festival Notifications Rework

Any references to worlds seem to function without errors but if you get things like wants/bucket lists/aspirations that depend on a world, logically you cannot do them, so keep that in mind and keep the folder in general for casual rearranging.

Removing the packages restores the worlds as if they're newly installed, does not "restore" anything, but recreates as if it's a brand new world added.
