Fingers crossed the Goth family at No.5 Sim Lane, will enjoy this Zecutime Loveseat and Imperious Island End Table.

18/04/2025 Update I have added a second version of the Rampa Lopside End Table plus another elephant end table for good luck.

My SimPE settings include having CEP enabled.
