Update 13.04.2025 Display issue with the Monticello Balustrade - apologies for not noticing earlier. Updated zip.files and pic.
My SimPE settings include having CEP enabled.
Monticello Balustrade is a standard height rail for indoor/outdoor use in white.
Polygon Count: 1334
Price: $45
Build Mode Location: Miscellaneous/Fence and Rails
Privacy Fence is a sturdy high fence in a tawny wood color for outdoors.
Polygon Count: 582
Price: $35
Build Mode Location: Miscellaneous/Fences and Rails
White Picket Fence is a low fence in white for around flower beds.
Polygon Count: 770
Price: $10
Build Mode Location: Miscellaneous/Fence and Rails.
Wrought Iron Balustrade is a black metal fence for outdoors.
Polygon Count: 556
Price: $45
Build Mode Location: Miscellaneous/Fence and Rails.
All four fences/rails have been cloned from Sims 2 base game objects - no expansion/stuff packs required.
The Essential Fencing zip.file contains all 4 items (separate folders for each item). I have also attached zip.files for each item.
