"Metal" Apartments (NO CC)

Long time no see! Last time I uploaded was two years ago. Built this apartment lot with 6 units. It has no CC. The lot is 40x30.

Each floor has two units. The first and second floor have family-sized units (parents and children), while the third floor has smaller units, for one or two sims.
There's a garden in the back, that has a gardening area and a few benches. The third floor is (I guess...) the communal area, so there's a chess table and a stereo.

I made this with the UC so I've used items from various packs, but the packs I KNOW that YOU WILL NEED are: APARTMENT LIFE (duh), OPEN FOR BUSINESS (because of the trees), SEASONS (because of the gardening area, but you can replace it with something else) and UNIVERSITY (this one isn't that necessary, you can replace the fountain if you don't have it)

I have tested it in a copy and everything should work fine.
