I made a small tuning mod that removes the cooldown from the “Add Final Touch” interaction.

Normally Sims have to wait before trying to use this interaction multiple times. This mod removes that restriction so you can use the interaction repeatedly without waiting.

What this mod does
• Removes the hidden cooldown from the Add Final Touch interaction
• Allows Sims to immediately use the interaction again
• Does not change the price of the item after upgrading
