No Cooldown for Gathering Water

The ocean is full of water... In winter, the ground is full of snow. So, why wait 45 minutes for every interaction "Gather Water"?

This is a simple tuning mod, which reduces to 0 the cooldown. Enjoy it on your lots Off the Grid!

Update - 04/01/22 - I added the Gathering Snow file. It is a different file from the water.
(I'm a beginner at modding). I changed
buff_Object_OffTheGrid_Cooldown_GatherSnow.BuffTuning file.
