Made some fixes and added some interactions to the water fun holiday tradition, if you own the respective packs

- added 'Play in Water' in pond [basegame]
- added 'Play in Water' on splash pad near the San Sequoia Recreation Center [GRO]
- added 'Jump/Cannonball/Swan Dive/Backflip' on diving platform [GT]
- added 'Jump/Cannonball/Swan Dive' on dock and ladder [IL]
- fixed icon to 'Play in Water' on splash pad on your home lot [GRO]
- fixed icon to 'Jump in' in the exotic water garden (denizen pond) [GF]
- fixed interaction 'Lounge' in kiddie pool

I plan to add the interactions with the Adventure Awaits diving board and slide as well, as soon as there is a good sale to purchase myself the pack.

I'm open to your suggestions to further expand this list.
